Anyone who knows me can tell you that I am a social butterfly. I love meeting new people, connecting with others, reacquainting with old friends, and being surrounded by the amazing HIGH Fitness community. One of my favorite ways to connect with our community is through events. While it's not always easy to show up and hit the road, I know that I will always leave feeling fulfilled because of each and every one of you who makes the effort to show up and be a part of this amazing brand.

Whether it is an event I'm traveling for or a class in my own backyard, I feel so lucky that I get to do what I love and be on the front lines with this community. This is why we have decided to hit the road this year and connect with you. Over the next two months, the HF calendar is stacked with fun across the country, and Amber, the Gurus, and I want to see you! Seattle, WA - AUG 9, 2024 - TICKETS HERE
First stop on this road trip is Seattle, Washington. Have you been to Seattle in the summer? It is an actual dream, and that is why we knew that Guru Melissa Whitworth had to bring back the annual HIGH UNDER THE SKY event (8/9 7 PM). If you have been before, then you know how special this event is. This year's theme is ICONS, so be prepared for an iconic show (HIGH class) put on by Washington’s own local HF instructors as you dance the night away under the stars. Calgary, Alberta CA - AUG 17, 2024 - TICKETS HERE
From Seattle, we are going to keep this road trip going and head north, crossing the border. That's right; I’m stamping my passport and heading to Calgary, Canada, for the first time in 2 years where we will bring the heat to McMahon Stadium. The Calgary Stampeders might be pretty cool, but I think our HF crew can give them a run for their money as we take over their turf for the event of the summer. And while I am so excited to be coming to Canada, I'm also bringing along some extra special fun Gurus to help take this event even HIGHER. Alongside Amber and me, we will get to experience a HIGH class from Gurus: Amy Crockett, Metta Semrad, Krysta Dorton, Janay Wilson, Michelle Hennebury, Lauren Rideout (if she doesn’t give birth before then), and other local Calgary superstars. Can you even handle this lineup? I'm thinking I want to be in the crowd for this class!!

This event holds an extra special place in our hearts because we have teamed up with Calgary's own Jessica Janzen to raise money for her very own charity, @loveforlewiston. Raising money for such a worthy and special cause makes this event non-negotiable, so Canada, we wanna see you! Bring your friends, bring your friends' friends because I’m coming to town, and I am ready to show Calgary how we party UTAH style.

Salt Lake City, UT - AUG 23, 2024 - TICKETS COMING SOON
Once I eat some poutine and dip a toe in Lake Louise, I will head back to UT for a brief moment to cap off summer with one of my all-time favorite events: HIGH Fitness at City Creek Fountains with Albion Fit. You asked, and we are bringing it back. Saturday, August 23rd, 9 AM, we are taking over the mall FLASH MOB style, and we want you to join us. This event is extra special because we are doing our brand-new format TONE. That's right, we will be doing 30 minutes of TONE and 30 minutes of YO, and it will be the perfect workout. Outdoor free events are the best way to bring new friends to experience the best community, where everyone will be leaving with HIGH vibes. We look forward to our events with Albion Fit every year and can't wait to show them how the HF tribe shows up.

New York City, NY - SEP 7, 2024 - TICKETS COMING SOON
After a quick snack and nap break, I’m ready to hit the road again and pleased to invite you all to head east with me as we hit the Big Apple HIGH style. That’s right; I am headed to NYC, and we are so excited to announce that for the second year in a row, we will be getting HIGH in Central Park with a 60-minute LOW class. Does it get more iconic than that? I feel like I get to hit major bucket list items with this class and need you all there to make it even more special. We have teamed up with amazing brands for this class, including the iconic @sportish and more. Class will be held in the park on Saturday, September 7th, at 8 AM (exact location in Central Park to come). Start inviting and tagging your East Coast friends because who doesn't want to spend a fall weekend in the city?

At this point, you might be wondering if I will still be standing. And the answer is, of course, I will, because getting to see you all is truly the greatest gift.
